Brown leather notebook cover and green corner bookmark

Corporate Leather Gifts
Built Around Your Brief

Choose something people will use, then work through the branding and presentation. Develop a single leather item or a coordinated selection for employees, clients and events.

Explore the range

Find the right item
for the occasion.

Compare notebook covers, portfolios and desk accessories. Start with the recipient and how the gift will be used; the product mix and presentation follow from there.

Individual product references. Product combinations, contents and packaging are agreed for each order.

Choose the gift.
Then define the complete order.

A useful product, a considered logo and a clear packing brief make a gift program easier to approve. These individual references show different product directions, not a fixed gift set.

The main item

Choose it for the way it is used.

A notebook cover suits a different brief from a desk accessory or portfolio. Start with the recipient and the setting, then confirm size, contents and the features that make the item useful.

For notebook products, confirm whether the order includes the cover only or also the paper insert.

Build a selection with a reason.

A small item can work on its own or support a larger product. If you want coordinated pieces, list each one with its quantity and colour rather than treating a styled photograph as the order contents.

This bookmark is an individual product reference. Any combination is reviewed as a separate order specification.

Keep the presentation in the quote.

A plain product reference leaves the branding decision open. Send the artwork, logo position and size, then add the box or sleeve, insert cards and packing requirements you want quoted.

The photograph shows the product surface. It does not show an approved logo or included gift packaging.

Approve the gift
as it will be delivered.

Check the product and the presentation together. Materials, colour, logo, contents and packing need one written approval so the final order follows the same brief.

  • One order scopeRecord individual product quantities, approved artwork, included contents, packing and any inspection or document requirements before confirming production.

One brief for the product,
branding and presentation.

Corporate gift sourcing is easier when the whole program is visible at quotation stage. A single leather item and a coordinated selection need different product, packing and delivery plans.

MOQ
The current standard reference is 100 pieces per design. Confirm the quantity for each product, design and colour in the quotation.
Sampling
Review materials, colour, logo placement, finish and packing before approving the order.
Schedule
Sampling, production and delivery are planned against the approved scope and required arrival date.

Product selection

Review portfolios, notebook covers, organizers, wallets, phone accessories, laptop sleeves, desk accessories and related small goods against the intended use and quantity.

Brand application

Debossing, foil, labels, metal marks and placement are reviewed against the leather, finish, artwork and budget. Confirm the chosen method on the sample.

Before you request a quote

Which products can be included in a corporate gift program?

A brief can cover portfolios, notebook covers, organizers, wallets, phone accessories, laptop sleeves, desk accessories and related small leather goods. Final feasibility depends on the specification and quantity; these are not automatically supplied as one set.

How is the logo method selected?

Send vector artwork, target placement, size, colour and finish expectations. The suitable method is confirmed after the material and product structure are reviewed.

Can gift packaging and insert cards be included?

Packaging can be reviewed in the quotation. Provide the box or sleeve direction, insert content, barcode needs, individual packing method and outer carton requirements.

How should compliance or test documents be handled?

State the destination market and the required document or standard in the brief. The team confirms which evidence applies to the selected product and material before including it in the quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The current standard reference is 100 pieces per design. Confirm the applicable quantity for each selected product, design, colour and packing requirement in the quotation.

What delivery date should I provide?

Give the date the gifts need to reach their destination, together with the destination and packing scope. Sampling, approval, production and transport need to be considered before timing can be confirmed.
