What is confirmed for this product

Develop a custom genuine leather hotel tray mat for hospitality, guest-room amenities and branded service presentations. This flat, rounded-corner design sits inside a separate serving tray and provides a defined area for cups and amenity items. The development direction uses matching genuine leather on both sides.

Reference Size

Mat size: 300 × 200 mm. Reference thickness: approximately 2–2.5 mm.

These are reference dimensions for development. Confirm the finished mat size, corner radius, thickness and clearance against your actual tray on an approved sample.

Structure

The flat rectangular liner has rounded corners, perimeter stitching and a finished edge. Matching leather on the reverse supports a coordinated double-sided presentation. Stitch position, edge profile, bonding and flatness are agreed during sampling.

The wooden tray, cups, crockery and other styling props shown in scene images are not included.

Materials & Development Note

Specify genuine cowhide leather for both faces. Final hide grade, surface finish, temper, backing build and edge treatment are confirmed with the approved sample.

Soft stone cream is a color direction, not an approved production color standard. Confirm leather color on a physical swatch, and agree the cleaning method and intended service conditions before production.

Customization

Customize the dimensions, corner radius, leather finish, color, overall thickness, stitch color, edge finish, logo method and placement, reverse-side presentation and packaging. Develop matching coasters or other hospitality accessories as separate items.
