1. Order Processing & Lead Time

As a manufacturer (Guangzhou Nalen Leather Co., Ltd.), our processing times vary by order type:

  • Samples: Ready to ship within 3-5 business days if in stock.

  • Bulk Orders (OEM/ODM): Production lead time typically ranges from 15-30 business days, depending on the order volume and customization requirements. Lead times will be confirmed upon order placement.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping via reliable carriers to ensure your premium leather goods arrive safely:

  • Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Recommended for samples and small trial orders. Estimated delivery: 5-9 business days.

  • Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized shipments. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days.

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Cost-effective for large bulk orders. Estimated delivery: 30-45 business days depending on the destination port.

3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We primarily operate under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms.

  • If you have your own shipping forwarder in China, please provide their contact details, and we will coordinate the warehouse delivery/pickup.

  • If you require DAP/DDP services, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.

4. Shipping Costs

For wholesale orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume (CBM), and destination.

  • Shipping fees are not included in the initial product price unless otherwise stated.

  • A final shipping quote will be provided before the balance payment is due.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Aaron's Case is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your shipment has been dispatched, a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) will be sent to your registered email (info@aaronscase.com). You can monitor your shipment via the carrier's official website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect all cartons upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. For insured shipments, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
