Develop a leather-wrapped hip flask for private-label gifts, hospitality accessories and branded drinkware programs. The proposed structure combines a compact metal flask with a fitted cognac cowhide wrap, perimeter stitching and a captive screw-cap assembly.
Development capacity: 6 US fl oz, approximately 177 mL. This is a proposed capacity specification, not a measured sample result.
Exterior height, width, depth, usable capacity and fill allowance are confirmed against the selected flask on the approved sample. Other capacities can be reviewed for your project rather than assumed interchangeable.
The fitted leather wrap leaves the metal shoulder, base edge and cap exposed. A rear join and perimeter stitching provide the proposed wrap construction; cap retention, wrap alignment and the finished edge are checked during sampling.
Gift boxes, funnels and any other accessories are specified separately in the quotation. Scene props are not included.
Specify genuine cowhide for the outer wrap and a stainless-steel flask for the development brief. Approve the hide grade, leather finish, metal grade, cap and seal construction, intended beverage use and care instructions before bulk production.
The images present an OEM development direction. Final production specifications, product-contact requirements and care instructions are agreed with the approved sample.
Customize capacity, flask outline, leather finish and color, stitching, edge finish, wrap join, logo method and position, metal appearance and gift packaging.
Suitable for corporate gift suppliers, hospitality buyers, wedding-gift programs, drinkware brands and private-label leather accessory collections.
Made to order with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per design. Final materials, dimensions, fit, branding and packaging are confirmed during sampling and quotation.
