What is confirmed for this product

Develop an arched-top crazy horse cowhide luggage tag with a fold-over privacy flap and a detachable buckle strap. This design keeps the identification area covered when the flap is closed and offers a different silhouette for private-label travel collections, branded gift sets and luggage accessory programs.

Reference Size

Tag body: 110 × 70 × 4 mm. Detachable strap: approximately 205 mm long when laid flat.

The body measurement excludes the strap. The flat strap length is not the fastened loop circumference. Confirm body dimensions, identification-card fit, adjustment positions and luggage-handle clearance on the approved sample.

Structure

The leather body has a rounded arched top, a fold-over privacy flap and an identification area beneath it. The detachable leather buckle strap connects the tag to a suitable handle or luggage loop.

Flap alignment, card access, strap attachment, buckle adjustment and edge construction are reviewed together during sampling. Luggage and other scene props are not included.

Materials & Development Note

The material direction is crazy horse cowhide. Final hide grade, thickness, temper, color, stitching, edge finish and buckle specification are confirmed with the approved sample.

The oiled finish can show tonal variation and handling marks. Approve the selected leather, acceptable appearance range and logo result before bulk production.
