Return & Refund Policy
15-Day Inspection Period We offer a 15-day return policy for quality-related issues. This means you have 15 days after receiving your bulk order to inspect the items and request a return if there are manufacturing defects.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Contact our wholesale team at info@aaronscase.com. If your return for a quality defect is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Custom Orders (OEM/ODM) Please note that customized products (such as cases with custom logos, specific leather colors, or personalized designs) cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right through replacement or credit.
Exchanges For wholesale orders, we primarily offer replacements for defective items in your next shipment or store credit for future orders.
Shipping Costs For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any import duties and taxes.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days.
