Shipping arrangements for Aarons Leather orders are confirmed individually according to the products, quantity, destination and agreed delivery terms.

Production and dispatch

Production time and transport time are separate.

The production schedule depends on the order specifications, material availability, required approvals and agreed payment conditions. The quotation or order confirmation will state the relevant schedule and the conditions that must be completed before production begins.

Changes to specifications, delayed approvals or other changes to the project may affect the schedule. Any revised arrangements should be confirmed in writing.

Shipping arrangements

The shipping method, destination, delivery terms and any required insurance must be agreed for the order.

Where relevant, the order documents should identify the named delivery place or port and explain which party arranges transport and customs clearance.

Freight charges, duties and taxes

Responsibility for freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and clearance charges follows the agreed delivery terms. These costs should not be assumed to be included unless the quotation or order confirmation states this.

Please tell us about destination-specific labelling, documentation or import requirements before confirming the order so they can be reviewed.

Transit and delivery

Carrier transit times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed. Customs checks, carrier operations, holidays and other circumstances may affect arrival dates.

Please provide accurate delivery details and a contact person who can assist with receipt or clearance.

Shipment problems

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or with an apparent delivery issue, record the condition of the goods and packaging and contact us promptly. Any agreed claim procedure or reporting period should be followed.

Responsibility for loss or damage will be assessed under the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
