Aarons Leather is the brand used by Guangzhou Nalen Leather Co., Ltd. for its leather goods manufacturing business. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Guangzhou Nalen Leather Co., Ltd.
Our website serves business buyers, including brands, wholesalers, distributors and corporate purchasing teams.
Enquiries and quotations
Product pages show reference styles, materials and manufacturing options. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not place an order.
Prices, minimum quantities, sample charges, payment terms, packaging and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each project. Any quotation validity period will be stated in the quotation.
An order is confirmed when both parties have agreed to its commercial terms and specifications in writing.
Samples and product specifications
Before bulk production, the relevant product specifications and any required sample approval must be confirmed in writing.
Depending on the project, these details may include dimensions, materials, colours, construction, logo placement, hardware, packaging and inspection requirements.
Leather grain, shade and finish should be assessed against the agreed material specifications and approved samples. Photographs and screen colours are references and do not replace physical sample approval.
Order changes
Please request changes to an order in writing. We will review whether the requested changes are possible and explain any effect on cost, materials or delivery dates.
Changes take effect only after both parties have confirmed them. Cancellation and return requests are handled under our Returns and Cancellations Policy and the agreed order terms.
Customer designs and intellectual property
Customers remain responsible for obtaining permission to use any logos, artwork, designs or other protected materials supplied for a project.
Submitting these materials for quotation or manufacturing does not transfer their ownership to us or grant permission for public promotional use. Project-specific confidentiality and ownership arrangements may be recorded in a separate agreement.
Order documents and website services
The written quotation, order confirmation and any separately agreed contract set out the requirements for each project. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our website is hosted on Shopify. Manufacturing orders are agreed with Guangzhou Nalen Leather Co., Ltd., not with Shopify.
