What is confirmed for this product

Develop a folding bottle opener keyring for branded accessories, beverage promotions and private-label gift programs. The navy leather direction has a flat metal opener that rotates into a compact leather sheath, plus a swivel spring clip for carrying.

Reference Size & Fit

Reference closed size: 14.5 cm long including the clip, by 3.3 cm wide. Reference open length: approximately 20 cm.

These are design-reference dimensions. Confirm overall length, body width, clip size, opener travel, pivot clearance and the final open position on the approved sample.

Structure

The metal bottle-opener plate pivots at the rounded end of the leather sheath. A separate upper leather loop holds the swivel clip. The open side provides clearance for the rotating plate; rivet setting, any stop or retention feature and clip attachment are checked during sampling.

The tool is an opener, not a cutting blade. Bottles, caps and other scene props are not included.

Materials & Development Note

Specify genuine cowhide for the sheath and stainless steel for the opener development. Approve leather grade and thickness, metal grade, edge condition, pivot hardware, corrosion requirements and mechanical function on a physical sample before production.
