What is confirmed for this product

Develop a removable leather hip flask pouch set with a rear belt loop for private-label drinkware and gift programs. The forest-green development direction uses a separate metal flask, a stitched cowhide sleeve and a front snap-retaining tab.

Reference Size & Fit

Development capacity: 6 US fl oz, approximately 177 mL. The pouch is developed around one selected flask shape and is not a universal six-ounce sleeve.

Confirm flask height, width and depth, pouch clearance, retention-tab length and the finished belt-loop opening on the approved sample. No exterior dimensions or belt-width rating have yet been set.

Structure

The metal flask can be removed from the leather pouch. A front retaining tab fastens with a snap, while the rear leather loop provides the proposed belt attachment. Check tab alignment, cap access, insertion clearance and belt-loop attachment as one assembly.

The flask and pouch set is the development direction. Funnels, gift boxes and any additional accessories must be listed in the quotation; styling props and belts are not included.

Materials & Development Note

Specify genuine cowhide for the removable pouch and a stainless-steel flask for the project. Approve leather temper and thickness, metal grade, cap and seal construction, intended beverage use and cleaning instructions during sampling.
